petLENS Pulse Subscription FAQs
How do I access petLENS Pulse reports after I subscribe?
You will be asked to create an account when purchasing your Pulse reports. You’ll use those account credentials to log into your petLENS dashboard and access your reports.
How does subscription renewal work?
Your petLENS Pulse subscription will expire one year to the day you originally purchased your order. Your account will be set to automatically renew, but you will have the option to cancel if you do not want to continue. See subscription terms here.
How do I cancel my Pulse subscription?
You can cancel online anytime: log in, go to My Account > Subscriptions and select Cancel. Cancellation takes effect immediately for renewal purposes; no further charges will be made. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation. You may also cancel by emailing info@wpamail.org. You never need to call us to cancel. See the subscriber agreement for more detail.
Can I add species-specific reports after I’ve already subscribed to Pulse?
Yes, you can add Pulse species reports to the Total Species Report Package at any time. However, any add-on reports will still be tied to your original subscription purchase date. So if you add The Dog Report in December but your original Total Species Report Package subscription purchase date is October, we will backfill your dashboard account with all of the reports that came out since your original subscription date.
